George Alexopoulos Memorial Scholarship

The Estate of the late George Alexopoulos established a scholarship fund in 2008 to honour his memory known as the “George Alexopoulos Memorial Scholarship”. The fund awards up to two scholarships of $1000 each to students who are enrolled in University studies either in an undergraduate degree program at third year or higher at a recognized Canadian University or post graduate studies at a recognized Canadian University. The “Jeanne Rosemary Georgiles Scholarship Foundation” was established in December 2005, by Mr. Dimitrios (James) Georgiles in memory of his beloved wife. Summer School in Kalamata for Greek Youth & Teachers

Our Metropolis is once again organizing the fun and friendship-building 2017 “Camp Metamorphosis” Orthodox Summer Camp Program for our youth between the ages of 10 to 18 years.
