War Medals presented to WWII Veterans Mr. Dimitrios Makris and Mr.
Alexandros Diacos On October 26, 2008 war medals were presented to 2 of our WWII Veterans (Mr. Dimitrios Makris and Mr. Alexandros Diacos). The medals were from the Patriarchate of Alexandria where they served during WWII. They were presented by the Hellenic Defense Attache (Georgios Galanos) and Mr. Votsis, First Secretary of the Embassy was also there representing the Ambassador.
