Hike for C.H.E.O. - NEW DATE OCTOBER 3rd
	Please mark your calendars for Sunday, October 3, for the 19th annual Hike for CHEO walkathon, hosted by our Community in cooperation with the Greek Ladies Philoptochos Society. Pledge forms are available from the Narthex of the Church, from the Community’s web-site, and from the Church and Community offices. You can support this great cause by walking, by sponsoring someone to walk, or by giving a donation. This year’s goal is to raise $40,000.00 for a Portable Ultrasound unit for the Emergency Room at CHEO!! Please support this cause in any way you can! NEW THIS YEAR: You can choose to walk the 4km or the 10km route.

	Updating your Address & Telephone Number
	The Community is undertaking its next Yearbook, including updating the member Telephone Directory. Please contact the Church Office if your name, address and/or telephone number has changed since the 2008 edition of the Hellenic Community of Ottawa’s Yearbook. 	Yearbook: submit your photos and advertisements
	-For submission of wedding, baptism, memorial or special occasion pictures in the upcoming yearbook, please e-mail digital files to yearbook@helleniccommunity.com. -To advertise your company or add a personal message from your family into the yearbook, please e-mail yearbook@helleniccommunity.com or call the Community Office at 225-8016 ext. 221. The deadline has been extended: please submit all photos and advertisements ASAP.
